This means that the ideas and solutions we provide will perfectly match your theme, personality and budget ensuring your wedding is every bit as unique as you are.
All of our packages can be tailored to fit your needs and you can “pick & mix” the services you need, we start by having a discovery call to get to know each other and understand what support you need for your wedding, how far you have planned, what is causing you the most confusion or worry and take it from there. We can then tailor our service to best match your requirements and ensure that you remain fully in control of both the planning and the budget!
The Wiltshire Package
Our simplest package the “Wiltshire” is designed for those couples who have carefully planned all of the details for their wedding but want reassurance that everything will run smoothly on the day. You can’t be in 2 places at once, and we firmly believe that you should be able to enjoy every moment of your day without worrying about whether the band has the right directions or if the photographer is stuck in traffic, that’s for us to sort – think of us as your personal wedding assistant.
To talk through your day and identify your ideal schedule we host a walk-through at your venue (ceremony or reception), to go over all the details of your day. We work with you to plan your unique wedding day show-flow based on your preferences to ensure you are fully in control of how the day flows.
In the final 2-3 weeks before your wedding, we will schedule a final online call to run through the day in case of any last-minute changes you may have, and following this, we take over as contact for all of your suppliers, we will contact them to re-confirm bookings, finalise numbers and go through the detailed schedule of the day.
When the big day finally arrives, we arrive on-site ahead of all suppliers to oversee set-up. Throughout the day we are on-hand to assist any supplier and work alongside venue staff where needed to act as an info point for guests and suppliers alike. You really won’t know we are even there…leaving you to simply celebrate with your loved ones.
The Berkshire Package
Our most popular package. Perfect for the organised couple that have booked and planned the essentials of their day, but are starting to feel the pressure to get everything just right and need support to double-check everything is ready and in place. With all the inclusions of the Wiltshire Package plus added supplier support, this is the perfect package to suit any wedding couple.
Generally, this service would commence around 12 weeks before the big day, but this is up to you and we can make it work in a tighter time frame if needed. If you have any last-minute supplier needs we can also source and book these from our vast supplier database. Once all suppliers are booked we take over as the main contact for any supplier questions to allow you to focus on your final prep and will liaise with your suppliers to ensure that everyone is on track and aligned to ensure a seamless delivery. After our 1st face-to-face planning meeting over lunch, we will walk through your wedding day with you at your selected venue, discuss the décor, the catering, and the entertainment as well as the general flow of the day and any specifics you are worried about or unsure about. We will also make suggestions or tweaks based on our extensive knowledge to ensure a perfect day. Our 2nd meeting will be in the fortnight leading up to your big day to dot the I’s and cross the T’s so you can sit back and relax knowing everything is in safe hands. On the day ( as we do for the Wiltshire ) we act as the go-to for suppliers and guests alike, allowing you to fully enjoy the atmosphere and celebrate with friends and family.
The Cotswold Package
Our top-tier luxury package is for the couple who want a unique wedding with extra special touches and ideas that reflect their personalities to perfection and want to be treated like a VIP with a team of experienced suppliers doing all the hard work. We meet with you to fully understand what you want from your special day and then go out and hunt high and low for the perfect venues and suppliers to bring it to reality. With all the benefits of our Berkshire Package, the Cotswold offers many more unique and bespoke services to truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the planning process.
What makes this package extra special?
When you book the Cotswold Package we create a personalised Wedding Planning journal for you to document your ideas that will act as a keepsake for years to come. We meet with you through the planning process and 2 of your planning meetings will be over an afternoon tea or lunch (maximum 4 guests) plus 2 weeks before your wedding you will each receive bespoke gifts to help you prep for the big day. For your guests, we set you up a dedicated email address for all your guest RSVPs and general questions – which we handle – leaving you to focus on what matters. O n the day itself we will also have an extra member of our team on hand to assist with suppliers and guests. Almost as important as the wedding is the Honeymoon – whether you want to fly off to an exotic paradise or relax in a cosy cottage in the UK, you will have access to our dedicated travel booking partner who will work with you to create a luxury bespoke honeymoon package with exceptional care and customer service. Once the wedding is over we arrange for bubbly delivered to your door upon your return from your Honeymoon or to coincide with the arrival of your wedding photos.
